SAFECville_SAFEVirginia_LOGOWhat is Safe-Space Training?

60-90 minute safe-space training introduces your business or organization to terminology and concepts of sexual orientation and gender identity, drawing from statistics relating to the culture, discrimination, legal status, historical context, and challenges that define, relate to, and inform the LGBTQ+ community increase cultural sensitivity and encourage respect and empathy.

We can tailor the training to your specific needs. Trained organizations can showcase their status as a safe space with stickers, get listed on the Cville Pride website, and enjoy other promotions.

What Exactly is a “Safe Space”?

We distinguish between places that are “welcoming” and places that are “safe.”

Again, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and perspective. I have already had people say this was the best DEI presentation they’ve attended while being at Molson Coors. – Kayla Cook, Molson Coors
